High-Precision 3D Camera

Product Introduction

Our high-precision 3D camera is designed to overcome the limitations of conventional commercial products, which often struggle with poor 3D measurement quality under highly reflective or uneven lighting conditions. By applying our proprietary Auto Multi-Exposure adjustment and shadow removal technologies, the camera minimizes reflection effects and optimizes exposure across the region of interest (ROI), enabling the acquisition of high-fidelity 3D data with up to 99% precision. In addition, HDR color data based on 3D measurement results—typically unavailable in standard products—are provided together for enhanced visualization. Currently, two product models (5MP-InG and 25MP-InG) are available, and custom high-precision 3D cameras can also be developed upon request.

Service Introduction

Based on this product, we offer services that require high-precision 3D sensing, such as 3D object/environment modeling, product assembly, inspection and defect detection, and digital archiving.These services can also be seamlessly integrated with our proprietary AI-vision solutions for comprehensive automation and analysis applications.

Our automatic optimal exposure control technology minimizes shape data loss regardless of varying surface reflectivity within the workspace.
As a result, highly precise 3D data capturing even the finest surface details can be obtained with exceptional stability.

High-Precision Shape Reconstruction

Accurate shape data is obtained regardless of an object’s surface properties—whether metallic, ceramic, wooden, or otherwise.
By combining shape-based curvature information with advanced color restoration technology, we generate precisely aligned RGB-D data.
This reduces distortion and color deviation, making it immediately applicable to measurement, inspection, and digital twin applications.
